- Sumatriptan 25 mg bid to tid
- Zolmitriptan 2.5 mg bid
- Frovastriptan 2.5 mg bid
- Anticonvulsant
- Valproate 500 - 1500 mg per day in divided dose
- Topiramate 25 mg bid to 100 mg bid
- Estradiol transdermal patch (Climara)
- 0.025 mg to 0.05 mg/day patch weekly, starting 3 days before period
